A capybara in a green helmet sits chest-deep in a river with a brew held in both hands, eyes closed, an orange balanced on top of its helmet and green hills behind it. TACTYBARA runs across the top and CALM IS A SKILL across the bottom, in golden yellow thread on a black ground.

Why a tactical capybara? The capybara is known as the calmest animal on earth: birds sit on it, rain falls on it, and it carries on. Give one a helmet and a hot drink and you get the joke every soldier, airsoft player and long-distance walker knows. The best operator is the one who doesn't flap.

It is a fully embroidered 3 x 3 inch (7.6 x 7.6 cm) square patch with rounded corners and a stitched border, worked on a cotton and polyester twill base. The back is hook and loop, so it presses straight onto the loop panels found on plate carriers, chest rigs, rucksacks, caps and range bags, and peels off again whenever you want to swap it. There is no ironing or sewing. Each patch is embroidered to order, so it takes a little longer to dispatch than our stock items.

Wear the full set: the same capybara is on the Task Tactybara Back Print T-Shirt and the Task Tactybara Double Sided T-Shirt.

Key Features

Tactical Capybara Design - Helmet on, brew in hand, chest-deep in the river and completely unbothered

Calm Is a Skill - TACTYBARA above and CALM IS A SKILL below in bold yellow lettering

Fully Embroidered - Stitched in thread on a twill base for a raised, textured finish

Hook and Loop Backing - Fits standard loop panels and comes off again in seconds

3 x 3 Inch Square - 7.6 x 7.6 cm with rounded corners and a stitched border

Made to Order - Each patch is embroidered when you order it

Ideal For

Plate Carriers and Chest Rigs - A morale patch for the loop panel on the front or back

Airsoft - Something to swap onto your vest or helmet cover between games

Soldiers, Cadets and Veterans - A dry nod to keeping calm when everything is going wrong

Rucksacks, Caps and Range Bags - Any kit with a loop panel

Gifts - A small extra for the capybara fan who also loves their kit

Technical Specifications

Task Tactybara Embroidered Morale Patch specifications

Brand

Task Outdoor

Type

Embroidered morale patch

Design

Tactybara: Calm is a skill

Colours

Black ground with yellow, green, tan, blue and orange thread

Shape

Square with rounded corners and a stitched border

Size

3 x 3 inches (7.6 x 7.6 cm)

Base Fabric

Twill, 74% polyester and 26% cotton

Backing

Hook and loop

Sale Unit

Sold individually

Production

Embroidered to order

Origin

Blank patch made in China

Care Instructions

Spot clean with a damp cloth.
