Sierra Designs define lifetime as the reasonable lifetime of the product, taking into account its age and how it has been cared for and used, rather than the lifetime of the owner. If it fails because of a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced at Sierra Designs' discretion, free of charge. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact sales@taskoutdoor.co.uk with your order number and a description of the fault. The sleeping bag may need to be returned for assessment, which can result in a short processing delay. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
