It suits weekends away and day trips alike.

A straightforward fibreglass pole frame makes pitching quick and easy, at around five minutes, and the whole awning weighs 8.8kg with a compact 71 x 24 x 22cm pack size. A linked-in groundsheet can be attached or removed, so it is easy to clean and you can use the space however suits the trip.

The fabric is Vango's Sentinel Active 75D polyester, rated to 3000mm HH and fire retardant. It fits an attachment height of 180 to 210cm. Vango's vehicle height guide lists vans such as the VW Transporter, Ford Transit Custom and Vauxhall Vivaro for this height.
