What we can be clear about is the distinction. An infrared-reflective treatment is aimed at image-intensifier night vision, which amplifies reflected near-infrared light. Thermal imaging is a different technology: it reads the heat a body emits, and no garnish layer, leaf or fabric treatment conceals a warm body from it. Buy this as visual camouflage.
