We are not going to repeat that, because the two are separate problems and no evidence has been published for either. An infrared-reflective treatment is aimed at image-intensifier night vision, which works by amplifying reflected near-infrared light. Thermal imaging is a different technology altogether: it reads the heat a body emits rather than the light it reflects, and no fabric layer worn over a warm body conceals it from a thermal sight. Zero Alpha publish no test data, rating or standard behind the infrared treatment, so we cannot tell you how much it gives, and we will not put a figure on something nobody has measured.
