CH Tactical IFAK Pouch

The CH Tactical IFAK Pouch is a compact medical pouch that keeps your first aid kit accessible and secure. Built to run on the CH Tactical shooters belt, its 12.5mm laser-cut PALS backing, cut from Squadron Laminate by UK Tactical Solutions, also mounts to standard-spaced MOLLE platforms and battle belts.

The pouch has 2in elastic sides so it stretches to fit your kit, plus TQ loops on the base for an additional tourniquet that stays within quick reach. It is designed and built in the UK from milspec materials by a serving-soldier-founded brand.

Choose the pouch on its own, or with the optional multicam elastic insert, which uses a pull tab to hold either 1x FFD and 1x TQ, or 2x of each. Contents are not included; product images are for illustration only.
