DD Camping Hammock

The DD Camping Hammock is DD Hammocks' original hammock, trusted worldwide by beginners and experienced campers alike. Made from breathable double-layer fabric with zip access and pre-fitted 10m suspension webbing, it provides a comfortable, dependable place to sleep or relax outdoors across a wide range of conditions. Setup is immediate at any experience level: find two suitable trees at the right spacing, tie a simple knot at each end and the hammock is ready to use straight from the stuff sack, with no specialist suspension system needed.

The double-layer construction gives it all-season adaptability. The breathable fabric keeps it cool in warm weather, while the two double-sided zippers let you slide a partially inflated sleeping mat between the layers for insulation when temperatures drop. Four side tabs (two per side) accept a DD Underblanket for added warmth from below, and two internal pouch pockets keep small items to hand. It measures 2.7m x 1.4m and is comfortable for users up to 6ft 5in and 125kg. The hammock is not waterproof, so a DD tarp is required overhead for protection from rain. For those who need insect protection, the DD Frontline Hammock offers the same double-layer construction with a built-in mosquito net. Care Instructions

• To preserve the strength of the material, avoid folding along the same lines too frequently
• Store in a cool, dry and dark place when not in use
• Ensure all gear is completely dry before storing away
• Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures (above 40°C and below -15°C)
• Keep at least 2m away from flames and heat sources
• Do not machine wash - clean by hand only using lukewarm water
• Prolonged exposure to strong UV light can cause material to weaken
• Children should be supervised when using this product
