The In My Defence, I Was Left Unsupervised T-Shirt is a Task Outdoor original, for anyone with a talent for finding trouble the moment the sergeant turns their back. The front print is stencilled like the side of an ammo crate: hazard stripes top and bottom, a stores reference reading "NSN 8465-99-451-0451 // LOT 07 // QTY 1", and the broad arrow that marks government property, above the plea in distressed stencil lettering with UNSUPERVISED picked out on a yellow panel.

The packing labels finish the job: "Contents: 1 x Menace" on one side, "Do not leave unattended" on the other, with a small Task Outdoor shield beneath. It is a dry bit of service humour that suits serving soldiers, cadets and veterans, and anyone whose friends know exactly why it fits.

It is printed on a soft, lightweight Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex tee in 142 g/m² combed and ring-spun cotton, pre-shrunk and cut to a regular fit, with a Task Outdoor label printed inside the neck instead of a scratchy tag. The fabric is fine, so it can look slightly sheer in strong light. It comes in Vintage Black, Army, Maroon and Military Green, in sizes S to 2XL. Each shirt is printed to order, so it takes a little longer to dispatch than our stock items.
