DD Tarp 3x3m

The DD Tarp 3x3 is the flagship tarp in the DD Hammocks core range and the most widely used hammock shelter in the lineup. Measuring 3m x 3m and weighing 790g, it strikes the balance of coverage, weight and versatility that suits hammock camping, bushcraft, field use and wild camping across a wide range of conditions.

Constructed from 190T polyester with a PU 3000mm waterproof coating and taped central seam, it has been proven in extreme conditions worldwide. Its 3m x 3m footprint gives complete overhead cover for a standard DD hammock while leaving enough material to pitch the sides low in wind or heavy rain, and the 19 reinforced attachment points support A-frame, diamond, lean-to, tarp-tent and ground bivi configurations. It works equally well as a standalone ground shelter, tent porch extension or cooking canopy. Available in Forest Green, Coyote Brown and DD Multicam (MC), with the MC variant using DD Hammocks' own Multicam pattern for concealment across woodland, upland and mixed environments. It is backed by DD Hammocks' 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Care Instructions

• To preserve the strength of the material, avoid folding along the same lines too frequently
• Store in a cool, dry and dark place when not in use
• Ensure all gear (including cordage) is completely dry before storing away
• Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures (above 40°C and below -15°C)
• Keep away from fires and naked flames at all times
• Do not machine wash - clean by hand only using lukewarm water
• Prolonged exposure to strong UV light can cause material to weaken
