Snugpak Warranty

Snugpak Warranty

All Snugpak items are covered by a 12 month warranty against faults in materials and workmanship, valid from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for any claim. Snugpak no longer offers a repair or replacement-parts service.

What the warranty covers

The warranty covers genuine faults in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the date of purchase. Where a valid claim is made, the product will be repaired or replaced. You must provide valid proof of purchase, and the item may need to be returned for inspection, which can cause a short processing delay.
