Kelty Noah's Tarp 16 Foot

The Kelty Noah's Tarp 16 is the largest of Kelty's three Noah's Tarps, a 488 x 488cm square that gives 23.78 square metres of cover. It is big enough to shade a group camp, a long dining table or a festival base.

The tarp is 68D polyester rated to 800mm with fully taped seams, so it works as a rain shelter as well as a sunshade. A sturdy guyline is attached at each corner with a storage pocket to keep it tidy, and multiple reinforced guyout points along the edges let you set it up virtually anywhere: between trees, on poles, as a lean-to or pitched low against the wind.

Poles are not included, so pitch it with Kelty Staff Poles, trekking poles or the trees around you. It weighs 1.79kg packed and packs to 35.6 x 25.4 x 8.9cm, which is very little for the amount of cover it gives. It stores in a roll-top carry bag.
