The Bolle Chronosoft Ballistic Goggles are engineered for extreme environments where heat, debris and high-impact threats demand absolute reliability. Built around a sealed TPR elastomer frame and a dual polycarbonate lens, they deliver STANAG 2920 ballistic protection with a V50 rating of 243.8 m/s.
The integrated EQUALIZER system maximises fog protection for clear vision, while the wide, adjustable 40mm flame-retardant strap fits over a helmet and holds the goggles securely on the head. Certified to EN ISO 16321-1 and ANSI Z87.1-2010, the Chronosoft is available in sealed and vented versions.
Sealed or vented? The frame markings tell you the difference.
- Sealed is marked 16321 UL1.2 DT 1-M 3 6 4 5. The 4 and 5 mean it is rated against large dust particles and against gas and fine dust particles as well as liquid droplets.
- Vented is marked 16321 UL1.2 DT 1-M 3 6. It keeps the liquid droplet rating and airflow to help with fogging, but drops the dust and gas ratings.
Both carry the same STANAG 2920 ballistic rating and the same EQUALIZER dual lens. Choose sealed for dust, smoke and fine particles; choose vented if heat build-up matters more.
