Jack Pyke Jeep Cap

The Jack Pyke Jeep Cap, sold by Jack Pyke as the Jeep Hat, is a peaked knit cap that blends the form of a traditional farmer's hat with the warmth of a beanie. Made from 100% acrylic, it covers the ears and back of the head for solid cold-weather protection while the integral peak helps keep rain and low winter sun out of your eyes. The result is something more practical than a plain beanie and less formal than a flat cap, sitting naturally in a farm, countryside or shooting context.

The peak is knitted rather than stiffened, which is what lets the whole cap roll up into a pocket when you take it off, something a structured flat cap will not do. A rolled turn-up band runs round the base and stretches down over the ears when the wind gets up, and a small woven Jack Pyke tab sits on the left of that band. One size, olive green.
