Pentagon Minor Rucksack 20L

The Pentagon Minor 20 is the odd one out in Pentagon's range. There is no MOLLE webbing, no patch panel and no tactical signalling anywhere on it. What you get instead is a proper hiking daypack built from Bluesign® certified recycled fabric, PFC-free and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, weighing 750g empty.

The back panel is the reason to buy it. Rather than padding pressed against your spine, a tensioned mesh panel is suspended across a frame so there is an air gap between you and the load. On a warm day with a full pack that is the difference between a damp back and a dry one. The shoulder straps and the frame carry the weight; a webbing hip strap and a sternum strap stop it swinging.

Storage is simple and sensible. One main compartment with an internal zipped pocket and a mesh-lined back wall, a zipped front pocket, and two stretch side pockets with a retaining strap so a water bottle stays put on rough ground. A bungee across the front takes a wet jacket. Buckles are Woojin, and a full rain cover rated to a 3500mm hydrostatic head lives in its own zipped pocket in the base, so it deploys without unpacking anything.

Pentagon covers this product for 6 months from the date of purchase against proven manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If you think you have a warranty claim, contact sales@taskoutdoor.co.uk and we will handle it for you rather than sending you to the manufacturer. Products may need to be returned for inspection, which can result in a short processing delay. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.
