Standard service usually takes 2-3 working days and is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48**. Whether you're planning an expedition in extreme conditions, or somewhere that the temperature could plummet during the night, the Softie Antarctica WGTE is our most extreme performance bag. Keeping you warm and dry are the main priorities in these conditions. We use a combination of highly water repellent Isodry fibres and our metallised, Reflectatherm fabric designed to reflect heat and retain warmth, along with a luxurious layer of Softie® insulation next to the skin to make sure this bag delivers on its promises.

During this period you can return the product to Task Outdoor and we will work with Snugpak to see if you have a claim. In some rare cases, we are required to return the product to Snugpak for them to inspect causing a delay of a week or so.
Exceptions to the Warranty
For clarification, the following damage would not be covered by your warranty:

- Broken zips caused by forcing, jamming or improper use
- Over stretched seams coming apart
- Buckles subjected to undue force or abrasion
- Draw cord pulled out with excessive force
- Broken stuff bag due to undue force
- Reduced loft of filling
- Commercial use by rental companies
