Ironclad Framer Hybrid 3-Finger Gloves

The Ironclad Framer Gloves answer the problem every framer, carpenter and site electrician has with gloves: you cannot pick up a nail wearing one. The thumb, index and middle finger are left open, so the three digits that do the fine work stay bare while the rest of the hand keeps full cover. Everything else is a proper work glove: a reinforced Duraclad® synthetic leather palm for grip and abrasion resistance, synthetic leather sidewalls along the high-contact edges of each finger, and a breathable nylon back that keeps heat down across a full shift.

TPR knuckle guards run across the back of the hand, moulded to flex with the fist rather than fight it, and the Hybrid Cuff System closes with hook and loop while carrying a built-in quick release, so the glove holds position in normal use but can come away under load. A moulded TPR cuff puller gets the glove into position faster, Lycra inner fourchettes between the fingers let the hand breathe and flex, and a terry cloth sweat wipe sits on the back of the thumb. The whole glove is 100% machine washable and hang dries, and is covered by a full 12-month warranty against faults in materials and workmanship, where 90 days is the norm across the category.

Safety Information

Match the glove to the task. The Framer is rated EN 388 2131. The thumb, index and middle fingertips are deliberately left uncovered, so those three digits carry no cut, abrasion or puncture protection at all and are exposed to anything the hand meets. The TPR knuckle guards are moulded impact armour but carry no certified impact rating, and this glove does not hold the EN 388 impact mark. The Hybrid Cuff System carries a quick release intended to let the glove come away under load, which reduces entanglement risk but does not remove it. Check the stated ratings before use and do not exceed them. Inspect for wear before each use and replace when damaged. Keep hands clear of moving machinery where a glove could be caught.
