Pentagon Aeolus Tactical Cap with Mesh

The Pentagon Aeolus Tactical Cap is built for heat. The crown is a 91% polyester and 9% elastane stretch fabric that dries fast and moves with the head, and the side panels are laser-cut into a dense mesh rather than sewn from a separate mesh fabric. That matters in practice: the ventilation is cut straight through a single continuous panel, so there is no seam line across the side of the cap and nothing to fray where the airflow happens.

The six-panel crown holds its shape, the front panels are reinforced so the cap does not collapse in a pack, and the curved peak is built to keep its form through regular use. A loop-lined panel across the front takes morale patches, unit identification or a blood group tab, and the rear adjusts on a hook and loop strap, so one size covers most heads without the stepped sizing of a fitted cap.
