Snugpak SJ9 WGTE Jacket

The Snugpak SJ9 WGTE Jacket is a UK-made heavyweight insulated jacket built for cold winter conditions where maximum insulation and weather protection are needed. Part of Snugpak's Softie Jacket range, it steps up from the SJ6 with a higher fill weight, lower temperature rating and a permanent insulated hood in place of the roll-away design.

Rated to -10°C comfort and -15°C low, the SJ9 suits use as a standalone layer in harsh winter conditions or as an outer shell layer in extreme cold. The permanent insulated hood offers continuous protection without the need to deploy it, and the two-way YKK® front zip with insulated chin guard allows flexible ventilation while retaining warmth at the neck. Weighing 1010g and packing to 36 x 20cm in the supplied compression stuff sack, it remains packable enough for extended field use and expedition carry.
