Nightfox Rugged Torch Tripod Mount

This rugged mount lets you pair a Nightfox infrared torch with your night vision device or a tripod, so you can push the working range of the whole setup. A standard 1/4in tripod thread mounts it directly to a tripod, a GoPro-style rail or the tripod point on the base of a night vision device, while the clamp holds any torch with a 25mm (1in) body, which covers the full Nightfox range: the Spectrum, XB5 and XB5 Pro.

A rugged ball-and-socket joint gives full control over the torch's alignment, so you can angle the infrared beam to match your device's field of view exactly rather than flooding the foreground. It sets up without tools and provides both male and female attachment points via an included adaptor. For scanning the horizon or tracking a moving target, a properly aligned IR beam makes a real difference to how far you can see.
