Designed as part of the renowned Snugpak Special Forces modular sleep system, it provides excellent warmth-to-weight efficiency while maintaining a compact packed size.
Its Softie® Premier insulation works together with Reflectatherm technology to improve heat retention while helping reduce moisture build-up inside the sleeping bag. The combination of Paratex Steelplate outer fabric and breathable Paratex Light lining helps maintain comfort in varying environmental conditions while adding durability and water resistance.
The bag’s modular design allows it to zip directly into the Special Forces 2 WGTE using an integrated zip baffle system, creating a complete cold-weather sleeping system capable of handling significantly lower temperatures. Despite this modular flexibility, the sleeping bag retains a fast-access central zip layout for easier entry and rapid exit when required.
Operationally focused details include a reinforced foot section suitable for sleeping with boots on, anti-snag zip webbing and an adjustable mummy hood designed to improve warmth retention around the head and neck.
