The Jack Pyke Countryman Fleece Gilet is a 300g thermal fleece body warmer that keeps the core warm while leaving the arms completely free, which is exactly what you want for shooting, dog handling or general work outdoors. At this weight it is genuinely warm rather than a token layer, and it covers the long stretch from autumn through to spring when it is cold but a full jacket is too much.

Contrasting Nubuk piping runs the collar, front edge and armholes for a traditional country finish, and the back of the collar carries an embossed Jack Pyke of England mark. A full-length double puller zip opens from either end, two zipped hand pockets keep essentials secure, and an adjustable drawcord at the hem pulls the body in against draughts. It comes in five colours in a regular fit that layers naturally over a shirt or base layer.

This gilet is covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, running from the date of purchase. If a seam fails, a zip breaks or the piping lifts under normal use, contact us and we will put it right.

Warranty exclusions: the warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, pilling or fading from repeated washing, damage from thorns, barbed wire or snagging, accidental damage, alteration or repair by a third party, or failure caused by washing against the care instructions.
