Amazonas Atlas Hanging Chair Stand

The Atlas is the most flexible of the Amazonas wooden hanging chair frames, taking every hanging chair size in the range from the compact Panama and Relax through to the XXXL Brasil Gigante. Where the Luna and Palmera stands are lower-profile and the Taurus is built for spreader-bar chairs, the Atlas is the tall curved A-frame - 234 cm of handcrafted spruce that lets a chair swing freely and turns the setup into a garden centrepiece.

Each frame is handmade in Poland from FSC-certified spruce grown in sustainable European forestry, then treated in an immersion bath that gives the timber its green-olive tone and protects it against weather, insects and fungi. Layer-bonded construction and galvanised stainless fittings keep it stable and safe indoors or out.
