Snugpak SJ12 WGTE Jacket

The Snugpak SJ12 WGTE Jacket is a UK-made extreme-cold insulated jacket built for the harshest winter conditions and sub-zero environments. The heaviest jacket in Snugpak's Softie Jacket range, it steps up from the SJ9 with maximum insulation fill, a lower temperature rating, an extended body length and a scooped back for additional coverage when bent forward or loaded up.

Rated to -15°C comfort and -20°C low, the SJ12 is suited to extreme cold exposure as both a standalone insulation layer and as part of a multi-layer system in arctic or mountain conditions. The permanent insulated hood provides continuous weather protection, while the two-way YKK® front zip with insulated chin guard allows ventilation control without sacrificing warmth at the neck. Weighing 1260g and packing to 36 x 20cm in the supplied compression stuff sack, it remains compact enough for expedition carry despite its high fill weight.
