Jack Pyke Weardale Waterproof Trousers

The Jack Pyke Weardale Waterproof Trousers are made for days when rain is the dominant problem to solve. Built from 100% polyester microfibre with a bonded TPU membrane and a brushed outer finish, they're rated to 5000mm waterproof and 3000g/m²/24hr breathability. The brushed outer gives them a soft, quiet feel underfoot and through cover, while the mesh lining moves moisture away from the skin and keeps airflow going during active use.

These are a strong choice for shooting, beating, fishing, hillwalking and countryside work across all four seasons in British conditions - the lightweight construction and breathability make them usable even in milder weather. The fabric produces a slight swish at pace, so they are not suited to close-range deer stalking where silence is critical, but for most field sports and outdoor pursuits they perform reliably. The reinforced pre-shaped knees hold their form under hard use, and independent long-term testing found the fabric properties remained consistent across multiple washes over more than a year.
