Kydex Customs Lifetime Warranty
Kydex Customs backs its gear with a Lifetime Warranty. If any genuine Kydex Customs holster, sheath, carrier, mount, belt or accessory develops a defect in materials or craftsmanship, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge, for the lifetime of the product. It does not matter where it was bought or who owns it now - if it is a genuine Kydex Customs product, it is covered. Task Outdoor handles warranty claims on your behalf.
What is covered
The warranty covers material defects, manufacturing or assembly faults, and hardware or structural failures under normal use, for the lifetime of the product.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as marks, scuffs, fading and scratches; damage caused by misuse, abuse or heavy modification; cosmetic issues that do not affect performance; or lost screws and hardware, although replacements can be supplied at a subsidised price.
How to make a claim
If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact sales@taskoutdoor.co.uk with the product name, your order number if available, a short description of the issue and clear photos showing the problem. Items may need to be returned for inspection, which can result in a short processing delay. Customers cover the cost of sending the item in; return shipping on approved claims is covered. If a direct replacement is not available, an equivalent product or store credit will be offered.
Care Instructions
Wipe Kydex and webbing clean with mild soap and water and avoid solvents. Keep Kydex away from prolonged high heat and direct sunlight, as the thermoplastic can soften and lose shape. On holsters and carriers, retention is adjustable via the tension screws - check the hardware periodically and keep screws snug. On belts, keep any Velcro interface free of grit and check the buckle and mounted hardware regularly. Follow any care notes printed on the product or packaging.
Safety Information
Match each holster to the exact firearm and light listed and do not force an unlisted model. Ensure the trigger guard is fully covered and the holster or carrier is securely mounted before carry, and confirm retention engages correctly (including that the Level 2 lock seats, where fitted) before relying on it. On belts, make sure accessories are mounted securely and the buckle is fully engaged before loading. Only practise draw and re-holster with a clear, unloaded firearm, and follow all firearm, airsoft and local legal safety requirements. This product is not a substitute for safe firearm handling.
