- £0.01 to £9.99 = £1.99 (Royal Mail 2nd Class)
- £10 to £49.99 = £3.89 (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
- £50+ = Free (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within the following timescales. These are estimates from Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.
- Royal Mail 2nd Class = 2 to 3 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 = 2 to 3 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 = 1 to 2 working days
Please allow extra time during busy periods such as Christmas and bank holidays. Delivery times are counted from the point of dispatch, not the time the order is placed.
Same Day Dispatch; Before 2:30pm Monday to Friday, Before 11:30am Saturday
At Task Outdoor, we aim to dispatch all orders the same day they are placed, Monday to Friday for orders placed before 2:30pm and Saturday for orders placed before 11:30am. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on a Sunday, will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note that no orders are dispatched on Bank Holidays as there are no postal collections.
BFPO Delivery
Ordering to a BFPO address works much the same as ordering to any UK address, you have a full choice of all shipping methods but please keep in mind that paying more for a faster shipping method does not really speed up your delivery. We recommend you select the cheapest delivery service available at checkout.
To have your order delivered to a BFPO address, please select your country as the UK and add your billing address (the address to which your card or account is registered to) as your main address to avoid Card Authorization problems. Then, add your BFPO address as the Delivery Address and enter the BFPO number into the City field. In the postcode section, you must enter the actual postcode of that BFPO (we have a page dedicated to helping you select the correct postcode and setting up your account which you can see here). Deliveries are handled by Royal Mail or DPD depending on the size and value of the order and your selected shipping method.
Please note that BFPO delivery times are very much dependent on where in the world you are and how big the parcel is, Task Outdoor are not responsible for delivery times to BFPO as once it is in the BFPO system it is out of our control. We cannot trace orders until they are considered to be late by BFPO.

Please note that for orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, any customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by the destination country's customs authority, are not included in your order or shipping total, and are payable before or on delivery.
