The Highlander Norwegian Army Socks are thick 80% wool winter boot socks built for sustained cold-weather use in the field, on the hill and in freezing outdoor conditions. Based on the Norwegian Army design, the high wool content provides strong insulation and retains warmth even when the sock becomes damp - a key performance advantage in wet field environments. Padding in the heel, toe, midfoot, arch and bridge absorbs shock and reduces the conditions that cause blisters during long periods on foot. An anatomic gripping area prevents the sock riding down inside the boot, and flatlock toe stitching eliminates pressure points at the seam. Available in Olive Green and Black in sizes S (UK3-6), M (UK6-9) and L (UK9-12).
