The Highlander Blackthorn 2 Gen2 is a two-person tunnel tent designed for lightweight backpacking, wild camping and multi-day outdoor adventures. The low-profile tunnel construction keeps it stable in exposed conditions, while the generously sized front vestibule provides covered space for cooking, wet gear and boots, making it well suited to extended trips in changeable UK weather. The 190T polyester flysheet is rated to 2000mm with taped seams, and a fully sewn-in 190T polyester groundsheet rated to 3000mm keeps moisture out from below. At 2.72kg it is also a practical choice for a solo camper who wants a roomy sleeping space and space to store kit inside. Solo campers who prefer a lighter, more compact setup should consider the Blackthorn 1+ Gen2. Available in Scarab Green and HMTC Camo.
