Slipped inside a mummy-style sleeping bag before bed, it creates a clean barrier between you and the bag, reducing the build-up of sweat, skin oils and general grime that gradually degrade insulation and loft over time. The 190T polyester pongee fabric has a soft cotton-feel finish that sits comfortably against the skin without adding bulk.

Beyond hygiene, the liner adds around 2-3C of warmth, giving a useful buffer on cooler nights or extending the usable range of a three-season bag into early spring or late autumn.
