Snugpak Ionosphere IX WGTE Tent

The Snugpak Ionosphere IX WGTE is a compact, low-profile one-person tent for anyone who needs dependable shelter at the lowest possible weight and pack size. Its two-pole hooped structure sits low to shed wind, making it well suited to lightweight backpacking, military field use, wild camping and exposed hill and mountain ground.

The 210T polyester ripstop flysheet is PU coated to a 5000mm hydrostatic head with taped seams, and the bathtub-style 190T nylon groundsheet carries the same 5000mm rating to keep wet ground at bay. The tent pitches inner-first, and the No-See-Um mesh inner (190T nylon with 50D polyester mesh at 1600 holes per square inch) can be pitched on its own as a standalone mosquito shelter in warmer climates. A 240 x 90cm floor gives a single occupant generous length with room for kit, and the whole tent packs to 48 x 14cm.
