Description
The Snugpak Stratosphere WGTE Bivvi Shelter is an ultra-lightweight, one-person waterproof shelter for anyone who wants dependable weather protection at the smallest possible weight and pack size. It blends the packability of a bivvi bag with the structure and comfort of a lightweight tent, with a self-supporting canopy around the head and shoulders that improves breathability and room to move.
The single-skin outer is 50D nylon ripstop with a 5000mm hydrostatic head waterproof coating and taped seams, while the bathtub-style groundsheet steps up to an 8000mm hydrostatic head coating for stronger protection against wet ground. A roll-away No-See-Um mosquito net and a rear mesh vent improve airflow and cut condensation, and the full-length side zip gives easy access and ventilation control. Lightweight 8.5mm aluminium poles with screw-lock tips keep the structure secure and discreet in exposed conditions. It comes in Olive Green.
