Description
The Snugpak Self Inflating Maxi Mat is a full-length, lightweight self-inflating sleeping mat for camping, hiking and field use. At 740g and packing to 28 x 15cm, it gives you 25mm of foam cushioning and insulation against cold, uneven ground in a format that fits inside most rucksacks without much weight or bulk.
The blow-and-lock valve lets the mat self-inflate when you unroll it, as the foam core draws in air on its own, and you can top up by mouth and lock off at your preferred firmness. On first use the foam can take a few minutes to fully expand as it relaxes after factory compression. A 230T/75D polyester pongee outer keeps it tough enough for repeated field use, and a repair patch and stuff sack are included.
