Snugpak Special Forces 1 WGTE Sleeping Bag
The Snugpak Special Forces 1 WGTE is a lightweight UK-made mummy sleeping bag rated to 5°C comfort and built as the outer bag of Snugpak's modular Special Forces sleeping system. A two-way centre zip allows rapid entry and exit, a deliberate operational choice over the side zip found on most civilian bags, and the reinforced foot section lets the bag be used with boots on when circumstances demand it.
Softie Premier insulation, a Paratex Steelplate outer and a Reflectatherm lining combine for dependable warmth in a highly compressible package that drops to just 16 x 16cm. On its own it covers mild, above-freezing nights; as part of the system it pairs with the Special Forces 2, which fits inside it to extend warmth into much colder conditions. It comes in Olive Green and Black.
