Petzl e+LITE Headlamp

The e+LITE is the headlamp you buy and then forget about until the day you need it. At 26 g, with two CR2032 cells that can sit in it for ten years without going flat, it lives in a first aid kit, a glovebox or the lid pocket of a rucksack and waits.

Forty lumens of white light is enough to move safely in the dark, and the red LED plus strobe modes are designed for being found rather than for seeing. A whistle is built into the elastic headband, and the whole thing is waterproof to IPX7 and carries a ten year guarantee.
