Standard service usually takes 2-3 working days and is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48**. All shipments have a tracking number and can be tracked via the carrier's website; The tracking number for your order is sent via email with your dispatch confirmation email. No signature is required on delivery but all deliveries are either tracked or provide delivery confirmation.

The Softie 9 WGTE is a multifunctional, three season sleeping bag that covers temperatures down to -10°C, and can be easily increased to a four season bag by adding a Snugpak liner. This sleeping bag is also one of our incredibly lightweight, micro size packs at just 21cm x 19cm when fully compressed, making it the ultimate easy carrier.
The Softie 9 WGTE enjoys all the benefits of the Softie WGTE range, The Softie Premier filling has excellent insulating properties, trapping heat and maximising comfort. The design of the mummy style shape brings additional warmth and comfort; the sleeping bag also has a snug fit hoof that uses an adjustable cord to ensure a better night's sleep, even when the temperature drops. During this period you can return the product to Task Outdoor and we will work with Snugpak to see if you have a claim. In some rare cases, we are required to return the product to Snugpak for them to inspect causing a delay of a week or so.
Exceptions to the Warranty
For clarification, the following damage would not be covered by your warranty:

- Flaws in the fabric caused by excessive wear
- Broken zips caused by forcing, jamming or improper use
- Over stretched seams coming apart
- Buckles subjected to undue force or abrasion
- Draw cord pulled out with excessive force
- Broken stuff bag due to undue force
- Reduced loft of filling
- Commercial use by rental companies
