Kelty Lowdown Camp Cot Bed

The Kelty Lowdown Cot lifts you off the cold, hard ground for a better night under canvas. It stands just 17cm high, a low profile that sits neatly inside a dome tent, and gives a flat 190.5 x 69.85cm sleeping surface that takes sleepers up to 136kg.

The bed is 600D ripstop polyester, light and strong, stretched between lightweight aluminium side rails over six aluminium leg sets with durable injection-moulded fittings. The whole cot weighs 2.17kg, goes together quickly, and packs into the included carry bag, which has a shoulder strap and measures 43.2 x 17.7cm.

The Fern colourway is a deep green bed printed with a darker fern pattern, on gold-tone aluminium legs. Kelty's own tip is to pair the cot with a sleeping pad for extra warmth and comfort, because a cot keeps you off the ground but does not insulate you from the cold air underneath.
