The Kydex Customs Pro Series SIG 226 Holster is a professional-grade Kydex holster designed to fit all SIG 226 models currently on the market. Manufactured entirely in the UK from genuine 2mm P1 Kydex, this holster delivers durability, precision fit, and compatibility with modern pistol setups used in military, tactical, and professional environments.

Lead Time

Current production lead times range from 1 to 3 weeks, with most orders dispatched within 1 to 2 weeks. During busy periods, fulfilment may take up to 3 weeks. Where possible, stock is maintained in standard coloured Kydex options in right-handed orientation to support faster shipping.

Retention System

The Pro Series SIG 226 Holster uses a passive retention system, eliminating the need for hoods, straps, or buttons. Multiple adjustable retention points allow the draw resistance to be fine-tuned by tightening or loosening the two screws located on the underside of the holster using a Phillips head screwdriver.

Once retention is set, the use of Threadlock or Loctite is recommended to prevent screws loosening over time.

Kydex Colours & Cordura Wrap Options

This holster is available in custom-coloured Kydex options, matched precisely to the Cordura fabric used for wrapping to ensure a cohesive appearance. Optional 500D or 1000D genuine Cordura wraps are NIR compliant, reducing reflectivity under night vision and helping to minimise noise during use.

The Cordura wrap enhances camouflage and helps integrate the holster seamlessly with existing kit. In areas with complex geometry, such as the sight channel, minor fabric lift may occur. This is normal and does not affect fit or functionality.

Lifetime Warranty

All Kydex Customs products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty. If a product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced for the life of the product. Normal wear, misuse, and lost hardware are not covered, though replacement hardware is available at a subsidised cost.
