Amazonas Globo Single Taupe Hanging Egg Chair

The Globo Chair is the original single-seat hanging egg chair in the Amazonas Globo family - a padded sphere for one, and the narrower sibling of the two-person Globo Royal. Taupe is the soft silver-grey of the range, a neutral that reads warmer than Anthracite without going as pale as Natura. It is the easiest colourway to live with on a chair that stays outside.

The cover is Agora solution-dyed acrylic - soft as cotton but water-repellent, extremely fast drying, mould resistant and rated 7/8 for light fastness, so it holds its colour through a full summer outdoors. Padding is 100% polyester made from recycled materials including PET bottles. The frame is FSC-certified spruce from European forestry, impregnated in a dipping bath and layer-bonded by hand in Poland, with galvanised stainless fittings throughout.
