Amazonas Panama Kiwi Hammock Chair

The Panama Kiwi is the compact, colourful one. It is woven from 100% recycled Brazilian cotton, extra thick and stitched at the edges, hung from a solid beech spreader bar 85 cm across. At 1.8 kg it is the lightest hanging chair in the range and the cheapest way into an Amazonas chair.

Being pure cotton, it is softer against the skin than the EllTex chairs but it is not weatherproof. Left out in the rain it will hold water and take a long time to dry, and over a season in full sun the kiwi green will fade. Treat it as a fair-weather chair you bring in, or choose the Relax Kolibri or Havanna Marine in EllTex if it needs to live outside.

Like the rest of the woven chairs it needs about 195 cm of hanging height and wants to sit 40 to 50 cm off the ground. It works on the Atlas Hanging Chair Stand or the Luna Rockstone Hanging Chair Stand, or on a Smart Rope from a strong branch or beam.

A reusable bag in the matching cloth comes with it.
