Ledlenser H7R Rechargeable Head Torch 1200 Lumens

The Ledlenser H7R is a 1200 lumen rechargeable head torch with a focusing beam that reaches 350 metres, built for DIY, decorating, electrical work and the trade. It shares the H5R’s Advanced Focus System, with a focus ring to move smoothly from a wide flood to a tight spot and a separate encoder dial for stepless dimming, but runs on a larger 21700 battery for more output and much longer run times.

That battery sits in a pack at the back of the head, linked to the lamp head by a coiled cable, and an over-the-head strap shares the weight with the main band, so the H7R stays stable and comfortable through a long shift. The 4600mAh Ledlenser 21700 cell charges over USB-C in 210 minutes and the torch keeps working while it charges. Ledlenser’s Flex Sealing Technology keeps the lamp head sealed to IP67 even while you use the focus ring.

Low Power runs for up to 120 hours, Mid Power for 8 hours and Power for 4 hours at 850 lumens, with a short Boost to 1200 lumens. The light is flicker free, Cooling Technology and Temperature Control manage the heat, and a memory function and transport lock are built in. All of the aluminium parts and the polyester in the headband are made from 100% recycled material. It weighs 252g with the battery.

Warranty

Ledlenser cover the H7R with a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty as standard. Register the head torch online with Ledlenser within 12 weeks of purchase and the warranty is extended to 7 years. You will need the warranty card from the box and the 10-digit serial number printed on the light, and you should keep your proof of purchase, as Ledlenser may ask for it when a claim is made.

Warranty Exclusions

The rechargeable battery is covered for 2 years for proper function, and the gradual loss of capacity that comes with age and use is not a fault. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, unauthorised alterations or repairs, charging cables, surface coatings or embossing.
