Ledlenser AF12C Work Mains Powered Area Light 8000 Lumens

The Ledlenser AF12C Work is the mains-powered version of the AF12R Work: the same 8000 lumens, 135 metre beam and large reflector panel, but with no battery, so it runs at full output for as long as it is plugged in. It is the choice for jobs with a power supply on hand, such as building sites with a generator or site supply, tunnels, roadworks and workshops, where a floodlight has to stay on all shift without being recharged.

Colour temperature adjusts in five steps from a warm 3000K to a cool 6500K, across five brightness levels from 850 to 8000 lumens. Ledlenser’s Multi-Concentrated Light places the LEDs in a reflector grid that puts the light onto the work area and cuts glare at the edges, and a clip-on diffuser turns it into soft, even light. Cooling Technology and Temperature Control manage the heat at high output, and a memory function brings it back on at the last setting used.

The panel pivots in a U-shaped bracket that doubles as a carry handle and floor stand, and a mounting hole lets you fix it to a tripod or a wall. With no battery inside, it weighs 2265g, lighter than the rechargeable AF12R Work. The 382mm aluminium housing is rated IP67 against dust and water and drop tested to 1.5 metres. It comes in a carry case with the power adapter and diffuser.

Warranty

Ledlenser cover the AF12C Work with a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty as standard. Register the light online with Ledlenser within 12 weeks of purchase and the warranty is extended to 7 years. You will need the warranty card from the box and the 10-digit serial number printed on the light, and you should keep your proof of purchase, as Ledlenser may ask for it when a claim is made.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, unauthorised alterations or repairs, cases, cables, surface coatings or embossing.
